Harbour fishing for roach in the wintertime. November 2009

As from October the roach is heading into the harbours to continue throughout the winter. The food supply is better and the slightly higher temparature wil keep them there. On a beautiful November day I was with two cracks in Flyfishing for a day out.

Fishing in the wintertime is something diverend, we are fishing with verry heavy nimfs mostly two of them and a indicator. The roach we caught was between 15-39 cm !!! and a 39 cm roach is a verry good fish and wil bent the rod!!! Because the weather was to nice the fishing was hard but we managed to get some fish.
